9.   The aircraft complete fault diagnosis and motor overload protection system,

      relay protection,and ensure safe operation of the PLC and

10. The aircraft FAV1400 type machine mold box to Unviversal 1000-1400mm mold,

      FAV 1750 mold box to Universal 1400-1750mm mold.

11. The aircraft can choose mechanical or hydraulic release models.

Terms of Payment:            30% advance payment by T/T upon signing of sales contract

                                         70% covered by confirmed irrevocable L/C by sight or T/T  before shipping.

Delivery:                            60 days after receipt of advance payment.

Installation and Start-up:   TWO technicians will be assigned to coordinate installation,

                                         commissioning and training; cost for flight ticket, 

                                         suitable accommodation and additional USD 100/day/each worker fee 

                                          will be covered by Buyer,

Warranty:                          12 months limited warranty 

                                         starting from date of arrival excluding wear parts. 

                                         Shipping cost for parts to be replaced during warranty period 

                                         have to be borne by the customer.
